Architects create great architecture but do they make money? Successful firms recognize that in order to have the freedom to create great architecture, the practice needs to be run as a healthy business.

In this regard, AutoPilot is the industry standard for project management software in Denmark because of its market share of over 50% and its proven track record: In 2016 the industry of the Architects in Denmark faced an increase in profit of DKK 100 Million compared to 2015. Companies using AutoPilot as project management tool achieved 82% of the growth in profit despite representing only 58% of the industry turnover.

At this seminar, the founder of AutoPilot, Jørgen Korsgaard, will lay out the main principles for running a financially sound architectural practice.
